  • Fellows meet virtually with your cohort of 6-8 other students and your Leadership Coach weekly on Tuesdays OR Wednesdays OR Thursdays    (The day you select is the day you will meet weekly)

  • Fellows engage in peer learning, interactive experiences, and group reflection 

  • Fellows must be attendance and active participants of all Learning Labs and maintain >70% attendance to be eligible for the stipend

  • Fellows complete self-paced pre-work to prepare for weekly Learning Labs 

  • Fellows complete two individual projects (including a career plan and a professional portfolio) and one group project

  • Fellows must maintain an average mastery score of >70% to be eligible for the stipend

ASAS NJ x BravenX Program Qualifications

  • Interest form & statement submission by FRIDAY, 12/31/25

  • IF SELECTED Registration submission by MONDAY, 1/2/26

  • Availability to commit to and complete the fellowship

  • Attendance and participation in all fellowship meetings, activities & projects

  • Completion of all fellowship assignments

  • Current (active) college student (Spring 2026)
